Field Inspectors are the eyes and ears of a company that needs an Business or Personal Homeowners inspection done. Inspections are broken down into three major categories: Mortgage, Insurance, and Commercial inspections.
My clients are; Banks, Finance companies, Equipment leasing. They are considering whether to extend financing to the business or individual. Some lenders may require a follow up inspections after the loan as funded to ensure the business is still operating and equipment is undamaged.
Business verification: I verify that the business is a valid business, I take photographs of the sign and address on the front of the building, talk to a manager, look at their business license, and take photographs of interior and exterior of the business and send a verification/unbiased perspective report to the requesting companies. The report helps them to properly assess their risk and make better informed business decision.
The orders are usually completed within 3 business days.
Homeowners verification: I take several photos of the said property. Verify if the home is vacant or not. Complete an unbiased report within 3 business days and send to the company requesting it.
